    • Most reservations require you to cancel your reservation 72 hours (3 days) in advance to avoid penalties. Some special rate plans may be non-refundable or have a different cancellation policy.

    • The resort’s rooms are pet friendly; however, pets are not allowed in the pool areas. The pet fee is $125 per stay.

    • The resort features more than 50 pools and water features, and 174 rooms ranging from
      cozy comfort to suites with private soaking tubs. Guests can choose from historic lodges
      like the Stone Lodge, Monterrey, and California buildings, or opt for the Hillside Suites
      with private pool access.

    • Absolutely, our Guest Services team can help you coordinate the most appropriate room type for your stay. If you are requesting a specific room number, we will make a note in your reservation and do our best to accommodate you.

    • Yes, as shown with an ADA-specific name when booking.

    • Each room has its own stated occupancy shown when booking.
