      Membership FAQ

      • Overnight guests, members, and day pass holders.

      • We have more than 50 pools with pure geothermal water that are hygienically managed to maintain the integrity and natural flowthrough; no additives are needed. For Oasis Adult, Roman Spa, Blue Lagoon all ages, chlorination is used to ensure compliance with state’s standards.

      • Please check with your physician for recommendations.

      • At your own discretion. Geothermal water has a tendency to tarnish jewelry; therefore, it’s not recommended. Tarnish can be removed with polish or by a professional jeweler.

      • The resort’s rooms are pet friendly; however, pets are not allowed in the pool areas. The pet fee is $125 per stay.

      • A mixture of Sulfate, Chloride, Boron, Calcium, Lithium, Potassium, Sodium, Silica, and Bicarbonate.
