Important Information to Help Plan Your Trip
Welcome to The Springs Resort! Check in is at 4 p.m. and check out is at 10 a.m. While you’re with us, please enjoy the following amenities, included with your resort stay:

24-hour soaking access
Water-centered wellness-based activities (such as aqua yoga, aqua sound bathing, etc.)
Exclusive-access pools
Two complimentary refillable water bottles per room
Take-home knowledge on our curated sleep ritual tray
Unlimited towel and robe exchange
Access to our fitness center which has over 30 modified high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and 25 strength-training classes.
Prior to check in, you may begin using extended soaking access from the moment you
arrive until 6 p.m. the day of checkout.

Cancellation
First night plus tax due at time of reservation. Changes or cancellations require at least 72 hours notice prior to arrival date. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit deposit.

Smoking
Murrieta Hot Springs Resort is a non-smoking resort. A $250 fee will be charged for any smoking in a room or suite.

Pets
We welcome pets only in specifically designated rooms, for a pet fee of $125 per stay. The resort’s rooms are pet friendly; however, pets are not allowed in the pool areas. Your pet is considered a guest of the resort and must be declared when your reservation is made and they must be registered at check in. Pets are not allowed in the pool area. Rooms and suites with undeclared pets will be charged a $250 fee.
